Today was a good day.

4 weeks later, Rowan gets his cast off.  Yippee!  

1 cast off, 1 more to go.

Happy New Year... not so Happy...

January 2, 2013.  Palmer broke his tibia jumping on the trampoline at home.  Cast for 6-8 weeks.  January 4, 2013.  Rowan broke his arm playing soccer at USA Gym Camp.  Cast for 4 weeks.

Lucky Sparks with casts.  This should be a fun and interesting month or 2 of limiting activity and keeping these boys resting their limbs...!

 Palmer pretty much had to sit at the gym, he couldn't walk it was really hard considering Hudson still wanted to be held too!

I love my nieces so much and I am so lucky to live so close to them and see them often.  It was Dreya's 8th birthday and I was taking her to get her nails done but I could not resist and had to take lil Brecky-boo too.  I cherish these moments with these cute girls so much.

College Days, PiBetaPhi 10 year Reunion.  November 2012

One of the best weekends I had in a long time.  Such an amazing weekend with old friends,  Catching up and reminesing on our old stomping grounds.

 Dinner with Jim & Jennie in Scottosdale.  Then I left to head to Tucson and leave all my boys at home.

Cooking Class with the finest ladies (Another post from 2012 I missed!)

From September 2012, My Mom took us girls to cooking class at Sweet Basil for my Aunt Vicki's Birthday.  Started the fun with shopping and an early dinner at True Foods.  Then on to working hard at class and eating another amazing dinner.  This is such a fun girls night to do.  I learned so much and had so much fun!

Happy 2013

2013, I plan to stay updated on our family blog.  I love doing this for our family, the memories, but I hate the time it takes me!  I am already spread so thin with my kids, husband, house, work, hobbies, gym, family, friends, etc, etc, etc!  I think I say this every year, but I mean it this year!

So HAPPY 2013.  I feel this will be another great year.  Kids are getting older and easier.  Friends are getting closer and our goal of moving into a new home seems closer.

I love making resolutions and trying to stick to them.  So here are a few of mine:
I resolute to be a better mother, wife, and friend.
I resolute to eat healthier for my family.  Trying to get my kids to eat more fruits and veggies and less processed foods.
I resolute to be less judge mental.
I resolute to spend less money on myself and home decor.  (Hope this one lasts more than a few months...!)

We had a small party, 2nd annual.  Our good friends the Nielson's and Williams families joined us for treats, hot cocoa, fireworks, and my Pinterest Balloon Drop.

Christmas Day dinner at The Burris House

After our own Sparks Christmas, we head down to Tucson to be with my family.  This year it was just my sister Jenni and her 2 girls, Ava & Sophia.  Rob was with his in-laws and Bryanee was with her in-laws and Mom.  The cousin love each other so much and rarely get to see each other.  They loved opening presents for the 3rd time and getting more awesome stuff.  This year I got the best present from Lala & Pops, a new iPad, all to myself.

My parents made the best Christmas dinner yet.  They truly are the best.
