Well, I challenged myself and did something I never thought I would. I got my AZ Real Estate License. I took classes at night for almost a year. Then finally took my test and my friend Stacey let me sell her house for my 1st listing! It went fast and was fun and hard.
Stacey and I are trying to figure out this remodel and how to make Sparks & Crewse Design bigger and start a flipping house biz...

And celebrating the taking down of my sign and the closing of her house. It was fun and we both learned a lot about real estate! Difficult clients, working with friends, dealing with money, yikes.
